Our leadership gives us monthly updates on how the company is doing and where we need to be going. I appreciate that transparency.

People want to help each other so that we can get the job done well. That isn't the case at every agency.

The company's willingness to take a different direction if needed to move with the fast pace sector that we work in.
It's changing. It really depends on your supervisor, project and client. In some cases, it's outright intolerable but on the whole it's good

Getting to chat with different people at the company to get a good sense of the culture.

The support I get from my colleagues.
