- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The most positive about the culture is that we are diverse but working with respect to achieve common goal, environment is promising but more need to be done to ensure fairness and competitive. I feel appointments ar not fairly handled and interviews halfway are corrupted to achieve personal agendes
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I get what I work for, and I have never ever had issues with regards to my payment date. Even if I reported off duty all matters are handled with care, but I feel more can be done with regards to supervisor understand of balance between fairness and procedure also EAPs duty and current performance
