It was the shortest interview I've ever had, the manager that interviewed me was great.
The team for the most part was cooperative and kind, most of us were friends with each other.
The leadership team could certainly make things fairer. The store manager who made our schedule never gave out hours based off who actually deserved them (in other words, had higher sales). Rather who she liked more, if she didn't like you, no matter how much you sold, you'd get the worst hours.
The management openly chooses their favorites and it has nothing to do with sales. Could not even spare me the decency of learning my name or being able to distinguish me from all the other South Asian people. The store manager spoke poorly of us to other managers as well, very toxic overall.
Again management is a big issue at many fossil locations in my city. A lot of them are incredibly pushy, rude, and passive-aggressive. It has gotten so bad that customers have started noticing as well. No one wants to go to a store to see a teenager getting yelled at by their awful boss.
