The higher ups in the company are extremely intelligent, but the middle management is dodgy. There needs to be more regulation for the hiring processes of store managers.
Schedules, the entire time I worked there, the store manager made the schedule incredibly unfair. Hours were never given based on who deserved them (i.e., who has higher sales) but rather who she personally liked the most. If she didn't like you, no matter how hard you worked you got the worst hours

Generally speaking, the store manager was very rude for no apparent reason. I would always show up on time, only called in sick once in my whole year of work, and was consistently in the middle of sales associates in terms of sales, yet never got hours alongside others she simply didn't like.
I don't understand their employee title system. You have your seasonal, limited, part time, and full time. I think having the limited position cheats some employees out of receiving benefits &/or cheats them out of hours.

I love everyone's energy! They make not only my shift more enjoy but my whole job general. I can count on them to get stuff and give guest the best fossil experience they can. It truly feels like a family not just a team and we all agree on that.

Customer attitude and merchandise display
The other people who worked there, apart from a couple managers, everyone else was great.
Environment is such that new ideas are respected and appreciated.
Everyone is nice and respectful.
The best part of Fossil to me in their propriety of putting the guest first above everything else and the encouragement to go above and beyond for the guest.

The basic offered and benefits
The interview was very short, only about 10-15 mins of an actual interview, the rest was just casual conversation with the manager.
Interview was smooth and fast response from HR was there.
The people were very noce
I like how my manger asked me personal questions about stuff outside of work and where I would like to grow and develop right off the bat.

My coworkers and the fact that I sell a product I love. My boss made a job that I absolutely adored one of the worst experiences of my life.
Put simply, the customers definitely started noticing the tendencies of our store management. No one wants to walk into a store and see a manager raising her voice at her teenage employees.
