Being honest, respecting other employees.
Hire competent and supervisors that wants to lead and inspire their team by example instead of micromanaging and leading as hypocrites.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The endless opportunities provided with benefit options
I would have to say the free parking
Discussed compensation and could be up to date
it continues to get better every year, more $ the better FMI does.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Realistic and attainable bonus plans.
Incompetent supervisor and work doesnt commensurate with pay.

Help each other with ideas.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our science leads the field!
It is a very diverse environment
Diversity and inclusion is a top priority
it's collaborative and we get to actually hear and see the impact to the patients we serve.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quality supervisors that is competent and has the team best interest instead of just cashing a check.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was very straightforward, honest and helpful.
I liked how they tried to get to know me and give me a little incite of how working with them would turn out.
