They are super approachable and always open to ideas.

Our executive management team takes a collective approach to problem solving. We even have a global all hands Q&A so that questions can be submitted anonymously and answered publicly. They also foster a culture of #winning & #teamwork.

Communication / transparency and stop treating employees as numbers

Shift allowance is good one

What did you like most about the interview process?
I like every asset of the interview, room for interpretation, great set of questions, clear focus on what was expected and how to deliver the goals - great team
