What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their compassion and their willingingness to allow you to not be afraid to fail in order to create something special.
Leadership team is very experienced. Many grew up at FOX. They collaborate with each other.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
FOX offers rich employee benefits. During COVID they paid employee premiums. Their bonus and SAP plan is competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have to know everything for my group and I rarely get a thank you, I only get known about mistakes and I feel under-appreciated and under paid
I feel undervalued by my boss and it would be better if he didn't go behind my back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are amazing, creative people
the team interacts well and partners on big initiatives such as the Super Bowl, upfronts, etc...
my team is smart, thoughtful, helpful and nice
Meetings get to the point quickly. The team has chemistry.

The culture has changed into something that's unclear and uncertain

The Managers attitude towards employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a chance to meet with many members of management. The process didn't take too long.
It was fair and based on my knowledge. I didn't have to do a project

My co-workers are competent. We all roll up our sleeves and partner well to achieve goals.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New management did not help employees with the transition and layoffs. People started working out of fear and lost their passion.
I need more sleep and more positive feedback

Efficiency with doing the work
