
Beyond the salary, I'd have to say it's the incentive package.
Since we use our cell phones for work purposes, it really helps that we receive compensation for the usage.

The goals are set at the beginning of the year, it is up to the employee to meet those goals and receive the adequate compensation. It really does not get any easier than that.
