My Experience in the organization is excellent, my voice is heard and I get all the flexibility to work. I am getting decently paid and encouraged to learn which I like and so I think is a great match. The people here are really good, my superiors have clear expectation and am comfortable at work.

The overall interview process was rigorous, it was difficult but it was worth it. Prepare well before the interview and it will really come to rescue.

The best thing about the company Culture and the believe they have in people. This company believe in extreme trust and thus they belive that only free mind can fly thus they are left free to work as per their convenience which I believe is best.
