What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like there's definitely a want for the plant to remain there and continually do better. I believe there is a miscommunication between quality, engineering and managers on the floor.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Involvement that makes you feel like if the company is doing good I might also do good on my end of year bonus. Sometimes however it is not reflected that way. But there have been difficulties that have to be taken in consideration when it comes to our previous yearly overall work to cost ratio.
Total compensation is competitive and fair
HR does their homework and keeps everyone in the correct range.

Accountability for how their actions affect overall production to cost ratio, real time charts that are easily accessible, and public, that can be taken into consideration on a daily basis.
They must protect the company's benefits againts the top managers

To be honest, small town vibes. A general concern for the people around.

We feel like a small company because we are so connected. Our global teams are also integrated into our culture and processes.

The organisational structure is totally wrong and all the disciplines such as engineering finance hr manufacturing sales etc work independent for their own instead of the success of comoany
