What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very generous for not having a college degree, if you have the drive to succeed and work hard each and everyday you will have opportunity to advance or make moves that benefit you financially

I'm paid for packers wage but still am doing pmo an sanitation at the same time an don't really receive the correct wage .
Not having to hear race based jokes or comments. Not having angry employees throw things at you at work. MORE compensation for the long long hours. Sundays off so I can go to church..
Women should be paid just as much as male employees.
