Everything. New leadership is needed. Still too much nepotism (family business).

Actually talking to the manager who is filling the position, not clueless HR.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the entire management and HR departments. Here is a funny: some HR workers get dumped for health issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not having to hear race based jokes or comments. Not having angry employees throw things at you at work. MORE compensation for the long long hours. Sundays off so I can go to church..
