What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hahahahahaha!!! Ask yourself what it needs to succeed...... your business is garbage.
Everything. New leadership is needed. Still too much nepotism (family business).
If more than 4 people leave a single department in a 1-2 week timespan there is something going on with the Management.
Using logic. If 4 people just up and quit in 2 weeks there is something going on. Talk to the Employees and find out whats going on.

I'm paid for packers wage but still am doing pmo an sanitation at the same time an don't really receive the correct wage .
Not having to hear race based jokes or comments. Not having angry employees throw things at you at work. MORE compensation for the long long hours. Sundays off so I can go to church..
Women should be paid just as much as male employees.

Everyone needs to be treated equal
Change the entire management and HR departments. Here is a funny: some HR workers get dumped for health issues.

Actually talking to the manager who is filling the position, not clueless HR.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management in the IT Department is incompetent all the way up to the Director of IT. IT Manager doesn't know the basics of a Network and should not manage an ENTIRE INFRASTRUCTURE! They both need to stop taking credit for their employee's work!
Expected to be on call 24/7 with no added compensation. Harder and harder to find employees as environment gets more and more negative
