bonuses, compensation for the hours worked, compensation for working through the pandemic, none recieved
just give your employees a decent living wage

team in my area works together and we assure we are all working together to achieve goals the best possible way we can, we support each other even though others in the company do not

close team inside office, other office are put against each other making it seem like a competition and not one team
