Fair payment, fair payment for overtime / travel / holiday, fair payment for fringe benefits and use of personal vehicle as well as fuel and meal reimbursements

Following my passions and finding a career that followed my personal dreams. Also, the job is always changing and providing new challenges, problems to be solves, new environments, people, etc etc
