Mr. Theodore W. Baun, also known as Ted, has been Chief Commercial Officer of FreightCar America Inc since June 1, 2016. Mr. Baun served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales at FreightCar America Inc. since September 1, 2008 until June 1, 2016. Mr. Baun served as Vice President of Sales at Freightcar America Inc., from November 2007 to August 31, 2008 and served as its Vice President of Sales for Western Region from January 6, 2006 to November 2007. Mr. Baun joined FreightCar America in 1994 and held roles of increasing responsibility in operations, marketing and sales. From 2003 to 2005, he served as Director of Sales of Mitsui Rail Capital. He started his business career at FreightCar America's predecessor company. Mr. Baun has a B.S. in Business Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
