What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to me and make me feel as if i am heard

I have noticed their doors are always open and at the office everyday.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my package is my PTO/ work life balance
Pay is very competitive and their are nice incentive plans in place
Pay is great!, Huge bonus in Feb and March
401k 3.5% match retirement fund
Fantastic place.... everyone is like family and the office is really nice.. and a smoke free campus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication throughout the office. We all work together to get things done
The people I work with are very nice and helpful. Great company culture here.
Everyone seems to fit in and works to support each other. We have fun.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the events at the office. I get all kinds of free stuff.
We work hard but we play hard. Break area with pinball machines, ping pong tables and breakfast always available. Thirsty Thursdays with beer and wine, pizza days. Many of us see each other outside of work.

Time goes by very fast when working.
