- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to stop saying they don't have any money to give us raises. I check the stock market there profits are at an all-time high. But they always say they have no money for raises.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am a professional who is being paid under market value for two reasons. I'm young and I'm a woman! Neither of which should matter since I have the license and am one of the best in my field.
