Feeling undervalued because hard workers get no recognition, spoken to like a second class citizen and the wages are extremely low.
Not enough work that interests to keep you going. Needs more progressive direction where you can grow and make a mark for yourself and the company. Compensation wise - the base pay is on par with many big companies i would say for my role.
