Feeling undervalued because hard workers get no recognition, spoken to like a second class citizen and the wages are extremely low.
Not enough work that interests to keep you going. Needs more progressive direction where you can grow and make a mark for yourself and the company. Compensation wise - the base pay is on par with many big companies i would say for my role.
I am not undervalued and my compensation is fine.

Stop being lazy and trying to capitalize off of the hard workers.

Bring in professional management that knows what needs to be done.
Positive culture, better direction, hiring the smartest, etc

Stop hiring canidates who come dressed in sweatpants and sneakers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone seems to have a title or in a position of power but when someone asks a supervisor or manager they don't have an answer.

Better processes and communication across the board. Systems updates.
