I've worked with Fresh Ideas for more than a few years. I am excited to go to work everyday, but it hasn't always been that way. We have been through several directors since the beginning of my employ. A great team needs a strong leader. I feel fortunate to experience working aside a strong leader.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example, they listen and they care.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was many years ago. Straight and to the point, informative and short.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team, interacting with clients/customers and feeling good about the work I've done when I clock out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work harder at building each other up than tearing each other down. We are creating a dynamic, inclusive, strong and caring team. I just don't know what could be more positive!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overlooked wage increases. Supervisor duties, not pay. Got 100% inspection scores fresh eyes and our local health department for approx 6 years. Fresh eyes score is tied in with dining hall so we've never gotten recognition for our consistent hard work and caring.
