Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company honoring my job title descriptions.
Being as most of us are only employed by your company 8 months a year, I'd like to see cheaper medical insurance and or company paid medical.
Overlooked wage increases. Supervisor duties, not pay. Got 100% inspection scores fresh eyes and our local health department for approx 6 years. Fresh eyes score is tied in with dining hall so we've never gotten recognition for our consistent hard work and caring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ones I been working for 4 year I feel more like family
Knowing we hold each other accountable for our actions and we build each other up. Together we are amazing!
Friendly team members that can have a good laugh and show you something when you don't know how to do it.
Each team member is hardworking and passionate about their work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co workers are okay, theyre not the problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a voice and we care about each other.
We work harder at building each other up than tearing each other down. We are creating a dynamic, inclusive, strong and caring team. I just don't know what could be more positive!
Our company is driven by employee satisfaction and focuses on creating a great experience for our clients. It is great to work with people who are passionate about what they do and who we are as a company.
