If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Fresh Tilled Soil?
I'd love to see the team spending more time doing informal fun things. Dinners, lunches or just hanging out more. It sometimes feels like we're all too busy with our lives to hang out and just enjoy each others company.

Richard is a strong visionary and capable of making tough decisions when needed. He can be easily distracted so he reminds the team of this weakness and asks them to call him out on it when it happens.
How's the work life balance at Fresh Tilled Soil?
Very fair. It's very rare that someone has to work late hours or on weekends. Like all companies, there will be times when some extra effort is required but there's none of that unhealthy pressure you get at some high tech companies. There's a strong sense of community and family time is respected.
