We are truly empowered to realize our ideas when driving efficiency and productivity.
They work very hard to make sure we have ingredients to pack the boxed

Bonuses "promised," but not paid.
To be paid fair market value
Provide a pay raise for people who actually contribute to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is uniquely blessed with having some of the more experienced people at the company, many of whom have been at our site since the beginning, going on seven years now.
We work well together and communicate well with each other
Great workers team work clean
We all feel the same about mgmnt
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Minimize number of meetings and trust others to do their jobs withoutt everyone chipping in.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership doesn't understand how to run a business. Theyre reactive, lack transparency, too much in the weeds, and dont know how to manage cost
