There honestly, was nothing good to say about my team.
The best part about the compensation package was the HSA account. It helped save me so much money with paying off medical bills.
The negativity. People should find a way to be more positive about their day and look for the good things that people do vs focusing on their bad tasks.
All of the leadership needs to be better in communication and conflict resolution. They severely lack in that and don't like to let you excel. They find many ways to bring you down.
They need to change the overall environment. Management needs a complete overhaul. It's run by elderly whip cracking bosses, who don't understand that not everyone works the same way. Everyone learns different they need to find a way to incorporate that.
The interview process was sweet and simple. Basic questions like "Why do you want to work here" "What experience do you have" etc etc, You went on a tour of the cell you were interviewing for, met with their Business Group Leader, and then met with HR again.
