What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very family and people oriented team of executives that live the Guiding Principles. Their approach is also flexible and modern to managing people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All of the leadership needs to be better in communication and conflict resolution. They severely lack in that and don't like to let you excel. They find many ways to bring you down.

The best part about the compensation package was the HSA account. It helped save me so much money with paying off medical bills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits package and a bonus that is not variable.

Great group of people and vary kind and genuine .Do not hesitate to help one another out .

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People who truly value one another and are positive hard working people .
Environment is good and people are very friendly.
workload is manageable, people are friendly
We have a lot of loyal employees that truly care about eachother
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to change the overall environment. Management needs a complete overhaul. It's run by elderly whip cracking bosses, who don't understand that not everyone works the same way. Everyone learns different they need to find a way to incorporate that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed ne was humble and kind.

It was relaxed and friendly
The interview process was sweet and simple. Basic questions like "Why do you want to work here" "What experience do you have" etc etc, You went on a tour of the cell you were interviewing for, met with their Business Group Leader, and then met with HR again.

Autonomy to do my job the way I know how and do best along with the flexibility that is provided due to commuting issues
staying busy but not overwhelmed, work load is divided equally
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The negativity. People should find a way to be more positive about their day and look for the good things that people do vs focusing on their bad tasks.
