Great team players interdepartmentally. The ability to speak freely and not feel judged
Very intelligent and dedicated to their clients.

Minimize the name-calling and gossip originating from newly minted supervisors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The banter between the maintenance
Nice new labs, and lab equipment

So disorganized and communication is poor. Need to focus on delivering the work that we have to the best standard. Set realistic expectations by scoping work properly. Focus on quality rather than quantity.
