Work life balance is important and that I am grateful for.
Openness, honesty, low drama and politics
The U.S office is ran much more European than American. There is often free food, beer and games. There is much more opportunity here than anywhere else I've seen for those without specific experience or education and more opportunity to try something different than most other workplaces I've seen
