Openness, honesty, low drama and politics
The U.S office is ran much more European than American. There is often free food, beer and games. There is much more opportunity here than anywhere else I've seen for those without specific experience or education and more opportunity to try something different than most other workplaces I've seen
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed meeting the people behind the games and seeing Oslo.
What makes you most happy at work?
Successfully solving complex issues makes me the most happy at work.
