The executive team really does a great job of trying to create a fun, positive company culture. They work hard to make sure that we not only work well together, but also have fun together through company outings, team building exercises, and non-work related events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very good at giving everyone the freedom to be creative and take risks within their roles. They're always open to new ideas and working with you to help solve problems. They're also great at instilling confidence in each individual so they feel empowered in their roles.
