Leadership at function understand that in order to put out a great product you need a satisfied staff working for it. They is always an open door to walk through when needed and they are always willing to listen.

Even though it's a small company, they try to pay at fair levels while also rewarding people who do well and grow with the company.

I feel i have taken on a lot of responsibilities but not a raise. They have senior positions open but wont promote currently employees

It's a very relaxed and fast-paced environment. We get things done fast, but usually have a lot of fun doing it.

The executive team really does a great job of trying to create a fun, positive company culture. They work hard to make sure that we not only work well together, but also have fun together through company outings, team building exercises, and non-work related events.

It's really fun doing something so new, and working out the playbook for it as we go. There is no best-in-class example for what we do, so we have to work it out ourselves. Plus it's a fun group of people.

Seeing my work manifest into reality - whether that's launching new products, new markets, new channels of customer interaction - everything is real and tangible at a big scale.
