What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very relaxed and fast-paced environment. We get things done fast, but usually have a lot of fun doing it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a diverse and fun group of people who all enjoy what they do, and like coming to work every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet a ton of people, and get a real sense of the culture which to me matters so much.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Even though it's a small company, they try to pay at fair levels while also rewarding people who do well and grow with the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders are also the owners, so they care deeply about the business and the people who help grow it. They also hire great people and mostly get out of the way to let them do what they do best.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's really fun doing something so new, and working out the playbook for it as we go. There is no best-in-class example for what we do, so we have to work it out ourselves. Plus it's a fun group of people.
