What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leading the way towards innovation
My lead and managers were very helpful but unfortunately the persons above them do not know anything. No apreciation toward hard workers
The current leadership team is reactive to employees needs and they've consistently demonstrated an authentic interest in helping employees grow and expand their careers.
They value their employees and promote a good work culture
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
mentoring, fostering growth, showing interest in career progression
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses tied to company performance have been awesome to receive.
The benefits are great and show commitment to their employees

Always ready and willing to help when help is needed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
less dependent on others to do their defined jobs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the new hires that we've brought on in the past year have absolutely helped transformed the culture as well as the business. People are starting to have fun at work again because of it.
People here believe in working hard, but taking time out of the day to act human

The team was very attentive and HR made a point to treat me like a real person, and not just a candidate
