Leading the way towards innovation
My lead and managers were very helpful but unfortunately the persons above them do not know anything. No apreciation toward hard workers

The bonuses tied to company performance have been awesome to receive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the new hires that we've brought on in the past year have absolutely helped transformed the culture as well as the business. People are starting to have fun at work again because of it.
People here believe in working hard, but taking time out of the day to act human
the leadership team is trying to embrace changing the status quo

The team was very attentive and HR made a point to treat me like a real person, and not just a candidate
