Great place to work and learn, The opportunity to make money is never ending. The people above you have much to offer and are willing to pass on knowledge
Better Bonus and compensation hike especially when you have travelled the entire year to work for clients by sacrificing so many things.
I feel that if I get more holiday vacations that would be great.

Friendship, trust and loyalties, and also very hardkworking

the lack of motivation to get task done
My coworkers need to be more open with each other.
