The supervisors, managers and people in higher position are very down to earth and willing to assist whenever colleague requests it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My Concerns Were Ignored. I was Paid The Bare Minimum Despite creating thousands in revenue
Concerns, Solutions, Ideas, Achievements, and Complaints are silenced/overlooked. National Competitive Pay is the bare minimum.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very open, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Furthermore, their guidance and wisdom has been crucial to the improvement of my work and its quality.
Young black creatives with individual styles, and personality. Innovative with passion and starving for progressive leadership to advance opportunities and network growth.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Unity and embrace change. Concerns should not go to deaf ears
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliness, the openness and willingsness to help each other out.

Proper Evaluation of all employees
