giving equal respect and value to every employee, communicate with the whole group not leaving some behind because they might have some differences or personal problems within each other. Behave and act more professional.
stop treating people bad, and also firing people so they dont get a stay bonus. treat people with respect

equality, communication, managers create lots of gossip with other employees making others feel unwelcome and unfortunate to be working there.
