I am compensated very well, the company is performing well, and there is room for growth. The work can be tough and chaotic at times but having such a great team makes it easy to get through the difficult times

Horrible work conditions, management is out of touch with employees in the mill. Senior employees have a sense of entitlement therefore do the least and are rewarded. At the plant I work in nepotism plays a major role in advancement and job opportunities.
