What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership team is the best
They are all available and approachable.
Very passionate about quality and customer needs.
Low levels of management spend most of their day being a buffer between plant manager and their subordinates. They make most people's days bearable
Open communication and feels like they work with you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication- listening- understanding- being open to others ideas. Not being the smartest person in the room.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything i make so much money there and for the most part I'm sitting down. 3-4 days off a week
Many options available for healthcare
My bonus is paid directly on performance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
the people are the best
Overall, we have some really good people in our maintenance department that are always willing to help
The teamwork is remarkable, unlike any other company I've worked at.
Everyone is helping each other as a team
My team is very supportive, encouraging, and collaborative. I feel included and accepted for who I am and what I contribute.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some really good folks who truly care about you and they check on you each day. We tried to encourage each other.
The employee resource groups are amazing and they have great volunteer opportunities to give back.
Healthy competitive atmosphere where ego matters less than individual results.
Employees are treated very well and there is a great focus on safety

What did you like most about the interview process?
They werent prolonged in moving the process along.
It was virtual and everyone seemed nice
Getting hired! Also the focus on meeting the team prior to offer.

All the money I'm making
New challenges and a chance for personal and professional growth.
The sense of accomplishment that I get from the work I do. We are a conscience, purpose driven company and that makes me very proud and happy.
