The company says they care about people but there is never any action to actually care. We are treated poorly, and the CEz never talks ro anyone like they are a human. I dont like working here & I use to.

They promote people without giving them pay increaes. Its not a fair place to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A leader who actually cares about the people. Not just because they hsve to pretend to care.
