What do you like best about the leadership team?
They mostly try to do the right thing
I really dont loke them. It's been one of the wprst jobs ivd had.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear out the e-team. Sales tactics and 'me toos' are not working. Focus on quality and actually being a good company.
Communicate, and listen. We are overworked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free meals and organic vegetables. Good insurance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They promote people without giving them pay increaes. Its not a fair place to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some great people who are welcoming

Clean a lot of perks with food
That is hard to say, the company has gone through many changes
Shared belief about doing good in the world. B Corp status.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency, and honesty is critical to the business.
A leader who actually cares about the people. Not just because they hsve to pretend to care.

Friendliness of interviewer and giving me a tour
