I think that 350$ is not enough form one month of work.

Cohesion, Democracy, positive, constructivism, mutual assistance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could just start to care about the employee's needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Democracy. The opinion of each team member is taken into account. This is very good and this is undoubtedly a big progress of Gameloft in recent years. Previously, the situation was deplorable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Attitude and work skills, connecting between people
Better salary and any kind of financial bonuses.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy to communicate with and genuinely friendly.
