GameU Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The Medical, 401K match, and PTO are well thought out each year.

For me, the dental insurance is the best!

Even though I work part-time, I am still eligible for Health benefits. I appreciate this very much.

Lots of benefits like Health, Vision, Dental, and performance incentives. The work culture is very positive and they help with personal performance.

My compensation has increased since I got to Game-U and its one of the only jobs Ive had where I felt that my compensation was a real conversation and taken seriously

I get 5% matching for my 401k and it's nice to see that grow with where I am at.

401k and health benefits have been great! GameU consistently looks for ways to improve and contribute to employee benefits.

Having a generous PTO plan and flexible work schedule allows for work life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I possess a wide array of skills that are highly valued in the market. I consistently put in extra time and effort to ensure the success and well-being of my students. I am dedicated to continuously growing my skills and hope to see a pay increase sooner rather than later.

More pay and more vacation time would make me feel better about compensation overall
