At GameU, we pride ourselves on having a diverse workforce, at all levels of our organization. Every day we work together to make a difference in people’s lives: staff, students, and community. However, we believe there are always opportunities to both be better and do better.
Our pledge to create a workplace and learning atmosphere that is free of intolerance, and which celebrates the differences and sameness between people, is something we truly believe. This is not just a written statement on a piece of paper, it is who we are. So that we may follow-up with actionable items, we formed a Diversity and Inclusion Council. The Council provides recommendations to the Executive Team, with the intent of encouraging meaningful discussions and actions for positive change within the organization. Our goal is to foster deeper connections with every life we touch.
