The team truly cares. Whether it's about each individual student, individual staff members, and our ultimate goal to teach students of all ages and abilities to empower them with important skills.
What did you like most about the interview process?
An interviewee should always strive to best represent themselves professionally. And so, it's even better when the interviewers facilitate a comfortable environment for the candidates to draw out the best selves. That's been my experience - a conversation getting to know each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's the people - the students and staff make this a great place to work and look forward to working. It's still a job and comes with it's challenges, but I look forward to it. Remote work is also a benefit, and we look at innovative ways to emulate the "in-person" experience even through virtual.
