My team works very well together. We communicate clearly and are always willing to pitch in and help with tasks/projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy with the people I get to work with everyday. I enjoy watching GameU grow and being able to watch students get to see their visions come to life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Culture is the best part about GameU. We make it a point to make sure we are inclusive and everyone feels comfortable here. We host talent shows, game jams, happy hours, etc. which really brings the team together!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always available and willing to discuss anything that I need to discuss. They are level-headed and always take my thoughts and opinions into consideration. I appreciate that they are so involved in the daily running of the company and are only a simple message away.
