What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is approachable and open to new ideas and perspectives! When I make a suggestion, it is quickly implemented or talked through with me!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that raises are given annually based on performance! However, I was a little disappointed in the change of structure to how raises are earned this year. Additionally, I have not received a cost of living raise in my tenure.
