there is a lot of work that was not in the original job description. which is fine. there are also a lot of changes at one given time with little time to get instructors aware

I feel like we are worked as supervisor a lot and that we are not paid as fairly as we should be. Additionally the on call weekend schedule is a bit much especially during holiday season
