Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I possess a wide array of skills that are highly valued in the market. I consistently put in extra time and effort to ensure the success and well-being of my students. I am dedicated to continuously growing my skills and hope to see a pay increase sooner rather than later.
More pay and more vacation time would make me feel better about compensation overall
