What do you like best about the leadership team?
Interactive with whole staff and supervisory team
Transparent and very supportive and understanding.

They do opposite of what they tell us to do,let them do thei job
Every aspect that concerns work,communication
Provide Right direction to employees. Understand the technology that they expect the employees to work with. Be polite and humble and treat them as partners and not cattle. support and back them when they make mistakes. Treat and reward all employees and dont have favourates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
How can a company set up a policy that they cannot obey like i have been waiting for my bonus money since i joined this companyits now 11 months im still being told we are working on it its so frustrating coz i work so hard
Work overtime and not getting compensated, Directors get Bonuses while the mid Mngt and employees do all the work. Chances of growth are slim unless the company feels nobody from outside is going to apply. Healthcare benefits are bad takes almost 32 hrs of your pay.
Too much work and little pay. I will feel better if they give a bonus at the end of the year.
You're scheduled to work 12 hours and only paid for 8. Pay us for all hours worked

Friendly eager to learn new things social and more so teamwork and good communication carries the day
Eager to learn new skill and develope processes
Coming in to work and doing there job

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to interact with associates at diffrent levels within the operation
That management is transparent about the needs of the company, they are willing to work with you and cross train
We different nationality of people working together.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management neet to be more supportive of the Supervisors. Communication need to improve
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy and understandable,the interviewer was great
The interviewer is nice n honest
The director was personable and easy to speak too
At the end of the interview I was offered the job right there.

Get rid of GateGourmet to fix issue
To much dramma with the employees. Streaming of new hires poor. Betting hiring practices need to be inforced and training implemented
